EXPLORER, REASONER, COMMUNICATOR

I am a doctoral candidate (defending thesis in May 2026) in information and communication technology at the University of Calabria, Italy. My research project “STUDY AND DESIGN OF AN INTEGRATED ICT FRAMEWORK TO DISCOVER & COMPREHEND POTENTIAL RENEWABLE ENERGY” DEALS WITH COLLECTING DATA FROM HETEROGENOUS SENSING SOURCES AND COMPILING IT in a structured format. further it extends to conduct data housekeeping, exploratory data analysis, machine learning based cross-calibration, causal-analysis, semantic ontology construction, and probabilistic data-driven forecasting.

My foundation in Computer Science was built at the University of Calcutta, where I completed my B.Sc. (Honours) (2013) and M.Sc. (2016). I then pursued an M.Tech in Information Technology at the University of Hyderabad, graduating in 2021.

I have since contributed as a Junior Research Fellow at prestigious institutions like IIT Guwahati and the University of Hyderabad, delving into specialised areas such as IoT cybersecurity and device-free wireless sensing. Complementing this research, I have practical teaching experience from my time instructing undergraduate students in Kolkata and Jodhpur.

WHO AM I

My roots are in Kolkata, the “City of Joy,” a place where culture pulses through the streets in its language, art, music, and magnificent colonial architecture. Growing up there shaped my deep curiosity for the stories behind things—from history and polity to food, sports, and films. My journey later led me to live and work in various parts of India, each chapter adding new layers to my experience and strengthening my ability to connect and adapt in diverse environments. CURRENTLY I AM BASED AT CITY OF RENDE IN THE CALABRIA REGION OF SOUTH ITALY AND I have also visited MANY NUMEROUS COUNTRIES IN Europe.

My research is driven by a foundational question: How can education, scientific rigour, and spiritual contemplation converge to guide the development of sustainable technology? In an era marked by global turmoil, resource inequality, and climate urgency, I am motivated by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals to develop robust technologies. My aim is to ensure that technological advancement is not merely efficient, but also equitable, reflective, and aligned with the long-term flourishing of society.
